My wii can't install or play anything anymore.

I sent my wii in for the Super Smash Bros. Brawl game repair, so i removed all evidence of homebrew and bootmii. I just got my wii back, and it seems they couldn't repair it, so they sent me a new one. I tried to install everyting back on my wii, but i can't. I only can install homebrew. I can't even install bootmii as boot 2, i can only install it as ios. I can't install the backup channel, or any ios and cios installs. If you have any advice, please help.

Since you got a "new" Wii, it is normal that you can't install BootMii as boot 2.
You should be able to install any newer IOS you want, but cIOS and co. won't work, because you propably have the newest firmware.

If your only looking for burned games, look somewhere else.

The reason you can't install bootmii as boot2 is because you have a newer wii, meaning you don't have a vulnerable boot1, thus you can't install bootmii as boot2. Sorry. :(

so, what is the newer ios installs that would work
