How to use coverfloader with a pal game, trying to force NTSC.

Hey, I've been trying to figure this out. I have Wii Sports Resort in PAL version, but I have a American Wii, How can I make it NTSC with using coverfloader and putting it on a USB. I tried using gekko os and forcing NTSC but I think that only works with disc's. Can anyone help?

Backups/piracy is not supported here.
