Updating Question

Alright so basically this is what I'm gonna do...
I have homebrew installed With Wad Installer... So I'ma get the games that I want and download them on my wii.. And then Uninstall Homebrew (Using The Boot.dol/elf thing) and while I get new games for my wii that needs updating, Will that brick my wii? So I'm confused.
Say like... Red Steel 2. I KNOW that has to be an update. If I uninstall homebrew ( But have the Wads that I installed with using wad installer FROM homebrew) And then update. Will my wii still brick. Because if not then that's all I have to do to avoid being bricked. Everytime I need an update just Uninstall Homebrew.
