Question about updating

If I installed Homebrew and I Installed games And then I needed to update a WII game (Yes That will brick my wii).
But if I installed Homebrew and installed games and then UNINSTALLED homebrew THEN updated will that still brick my wii?

This really doesn't make any sense. What do you mean by "installed games"? I certainly hope you aren't talking about pirated games.
