Sudden problem with the homebrew channel.

I installed the homebrew channel over 2 months ago, and it's worked perfectly ever since. But today, I copied a few applications to the .wad folder (wiiware games, not important), and when I put in the SD card and started the homebrew channel, I got 3 options in front of me, all strange and non-existant before:
1- /apps/#=U®m.õ /boot.d
2- /apps/ÚOÂ8FODà.{/ /boot
3- /apps/ºììAáoA.3JH/boot.d

I've checked the sd card in my pc, and the apps, private and xtras folder have a lot of weird stuff in it, both files and folders (that won't open when I try). I've never entered those folder before, so I don't know if that's supposed to be there. What's going on, and how do I fix it?

We dont support WADs here, and we ESPECIALLY dont support piracy here.
