Majora's Mask WAD trouble.

Well in order to play the WAD, I am told you need a certain IOS (can't remember the exact name). However, when I download it, Windows says it can not find the source to open it with, or something along those lines. I can either "Searc the Web" or "Choose from a list." I don't know what to do; I have WinRAR, but the file is not .rar. Can someone tell me how I can fix this? Thanks.

WADs are not supported here. Read the forum rules (and the big red letters on the front page..)

It shouldn't have come with your HBC. The HBC is only supposed to be available here. It's illegal to distribute the HBC elsewhere
