Help with {REMOVED}

Ok Look I installed the homebrew channel and now im trying to get a {warez} installed but I don't know how to get the CIOS or whatever needs to be done. So then I delete the homebrew channell and everything and try this one guide that I follow and everytime I open {GPL violating crap} this Wii Just locks up and here's what the {crap} config file says

Try reading the rules. Almost everything you just said is against them.
