I Got The Ocarina app from the homebrew channel browser and everytime i use it it says no cheats found for this game, then it starts the game but it locks the wiimote, meaning i can do nothing with it. i have to restart it, can some one plz tell me why does it locks my controller and how to properly use this app

Ocarina has been officialy dead since 10/15/2008. Have you heard of google?

that jus happened to me. I found when i started ocarina, it goes black screen with writing, a name pops up like rcmp01
it looks for a file called rcmp01 so when you extract GCT, extract to your desktop and rename it to what ever Ocarina looks for ..
i renamed it, put it on SD card, started again and loaded ocarina it worked fine
