Can someone direct me to a detailed and reasonably straight-forward guide for setting up SMB on my Windows XP computer so I can use it with MPlayer CE to stream media? Thanks.
EDIT: Found link to a guide on the MPlayer CE Google Code Wiki. Sadly it wont work because half of the Windows dialogs on my computer are in a foreign language I dont even recognise, let alone understand. Dont REALLY know why, other than my brother persuaded me to install a piece of crap ages ago which supposedly made my system look like vista. it changed the my computer icon and messed up my computer. never worked out how to fix it.
