Problems with RawkSD

I'm having trouble with the app RawkSD, a homebrew app that allows you to import Rock Band 1and Rock Band Track Pack songs, and install custom songs/charts for use with Rock Band 2. In order for the app to work, the patcher that the app comes with must patch over IOS37 completely in order for the app to have any use. I have a 3.2U Wii (possible need to reinstall the System Menu) and have taken many different approaches in order to get this app to function, but every time has ended in "Exception Occurred". Does anybody know what to do to make RawkSD work?

I believe that is a piracy tool, and thus not supported here.
