preloader hacks dont work

i tried using hacks with preloader .29 but none worked (they were for the correct system menu which is 4.1) i read it was because i have an sdhc, so i went and bought a 2gb sd... for SOME reason it still says cant find hacks.ini on fat device or something (yes it is formatted as fat32) can anyone help?

Try FAT 16? also make sure that you don't have extensions hidden (on computer) as it might have been named hacks.ini.ini

Make sure the hacks.ini is on the root of your SD card as well.

Sure hacks.ini is for the right region? 4.1U and 4.1E are different, and have different hacks.
