vbagx saves question

I placed the save file (xxx.sav) into the "saves" folder, but it won't load. What's wrong?

What do you mean by you placed a xxx.sav game file into your saves folder? Like did you get a save file from say the PC variant of the emulator from your pc and placed it there? You need to be a bit clearer about what you did for anyone to help you. Without details of what you did we dont know what your exact problem is.....Though I can already tell you that using a PC versions save file on the Wii version of the emulator will not work....If that's what you did of course?

I downloaded the file from some website so the file was probably from the PC version.
