Mame SDL Wii (Toad King) How to Exist to Homebrew Menu

I have Mame SDL Wii (from Toad King) and every time I load the emulator, I can never go back to the Homebrew Channel Menu. Is there a way to go back to the Homebrew Channel without having to disconnect my power cord on my Wii. Please respond and reply back.

Well you can hold the power button for 4-5 seconds to turn it off, instead of physically unplugging it; other than that I don't know

Just scroll down through your list of roms or just press up if your already at the top of the list and should find Configure General Inputs and directly under that you will see Exit.

Thanks guys for trying to help. I finally figured out that to exit I had to hold the 1 and 2 buttons on the wii remote. Then I scroll to the very bottom and exit the emulator. I appreciate your assistance but it won't be necessary. Thanks bluelion for that quick technique on exiting.
