Wolfenstein 3d-wii Test Version

So, what do I do with Spear of Destiny then? Do I just put the files in or do I have to delete the Wolfenstein files?

No, Spear of Destiny comes in a different folder, extract that to your "apps" folder on your sd card and copy your *.SOD files so they're in the same folder as you *.dol, just like how wolf3d is layed out, just do that for spear of destiny.
