Cheat manager (0.2, and 0.3)

Edit: Fixed original problem, now I have a new problem. It says my txt files are empty (on the wii). However they are clearly not empty on my computer.

Its better to use the PC program to manage your codes. Its called Code Manager. If you need help, just ask. :)
