FCE Ultra GX - compatibility error?

I got a ROM of Fire Emblem Gaiden to play on the Wii. When I booted the game, it gave me an error saying it couldn't load the file. When I hit "retry," it crashed and gave me this screen:



I tried a number of different roms for the game, and they all crashed. Is there anything I can do to make it work, or is it just forever incompatible?
