Cannot Confirm dsibrew.org email address

I cannot confirm my email address on dsibrew.org, and as a result, cannot edit the wiki.

I get the following message:

I have not made errors when entering my email address.

I just tried to use a different email address and the issue still occurs.

Does anybody know who I can contact about this issue?

I cannot post messages on the talk page because without a confirmed email address I cannot edit the wiki.

I should point out that my email address works fine on wiibrew and 3dbrew.

I thought that this was the appropriate place to post this question because as far as I know, wiibrew, dsibrew, and 3dbrew are all run by the same people. Therefore, I assumed that the correct person would see my question if it was posted here. I apologize if this was not the proper place to ask this question.
