Messed Up Wii -- What Should I do?

I'm back, and I still need help. :D

My Wii reads U.S. games only for a few seconds before the black error screen pops up, but when I try playing Tatsunoko vs Capcom (Japanese game) through OS Gecko (I've tried running the U.S. games through Gecko too btw), it works perfectly fine for whatever amount of time I play the game.

The most I've gotten out of the newest U.S. game I've bought is 15 minutes of continuous play, but that was a really lucky day. I've tried using Nintendo's lens cleaner and it didn't take much dust out, really didn't help much. I'm currently at 3.4 firmware, tried AnyRegion Changer to change to 3.2 but the thing stayed on 3.4 (maybe I did something wrong), and erased HBC hoping that it would do something. I'm starting to think that I might need to change the lens for new ones, but the fact that TvC plays flawlessly has me confused.

Madworld just came out and I'm gonna go crazy if I don't play the thing :P

What should I do?
