Installed Channels - Anytitle Deleter .... help identify title id

Using Anytitle Deleter under Installed Channels there are 2 entries:

1. HAXX - Homebrew channel
2. HCGE - ??????

What channel is HCGE? Is it the introductory video channel "Wii + Internet" that explains how to use the wii and its features? I delete the "wii + internet" video channel through wii system menu, but the HCGE entry still remains

Safe to delete HCGE?

Confirmation just check the sd card after copying.

HCGE = "Wii + Internet" channel video (comes with retail Wii)
