any apps to play music while playing game?

does this exist? i know on xbox and i think ps3 you can load some of your own songs on the hd and then go play your game while listening to those tracks. obviously putting on the hd doenst make sense but is there any apps that would let you start playing your music and then open up a game?

... and not really possible, given the Wii's architecture.
