if i install preloader and make it load the homebrew channel each time i boot does that mean i can always fixed my wii if it gets bricked whether its banner brick, low nand brick (black screen) or opera brick.

I think you're mixing up preloader with bootmii a bit. Speaking of bootmii, just hang out and wait for it to be released. Its release is almost just around the corner right now. Theres no need to be running off and installing preloader right now.

oh no no i understand bootmiis different to preloader but the only reason i thought this is because from what ive worked out, the thing that makes bootmii helpful for unbricking wiis is the fact that you can load the homebrew channel on boot which is what you can do in preloader. I only want preloader for the cool features like healthii etc. also the reason im asking this is because 2 people bricked their wiis with preloader (black screens) and their wiis acted funny, mine often acts funny as well...
