Hi guys, is there special area where the public keys are stored? Maybe an Adress (like 0x020000 to 0x021000 )?

They have to on the NAND and in the RAM, or? Or are they on starlet?

Hackmii is not very accurate:

he public keys are stored in various places — these aren’t sensitive, so they don’t really need to be concealed (although at least one of them needs to be protected from modification, and it can then sign the others).

Which public keys? If you mean the public half of the Root key, it's in boot1 / boot2 / IOS.
