Dreamcast Emulator?

Just wondering how hard would it be to make one? I wish I knew how to but I don't have the slightest clue in progamming. Man I love to play my good old Shenmue again.

However, its probably technically impossible to get a full speed one on the Wii.

actually, the question is not "how hard to make one ", many people already have developped DC emulators and the system seems pretty well documented now, but "how hard it would be to make one run decently on the Wii"

even with common optimized emulation techniques, I doubt you will ever get this playable on current-gen consoles

this could probably be ported to the Wii though, seems to be a portable emulator:
so, you would have a POC video runing at 3 - 4 fps, people with big hopes claiming "woo, it's definitely possible to emulate DC on Wii" ... then nothing :-)
