Help With Hacking

I am trying to hack Mario Kart Wii, and up to this point it has worked, but I can't seem to make it possible so i can toggle between different items. I can only have infinite of 1 item, and when i try to code in the buttons to switch between numerous items it does not work.

Here is my code for "Press ???? For Item"
