Getting data from a Wiimote

Hello,

Is there a way to output the Wiimote data directly to a computer. I am mostly interested in the accelerometer data.

Thanks,
Momo.

I'm pretty sure there's an app that you can view what's going on with accelerometer on the TV screen. Unless you're a coder, and have some other reason...

Edit: Here's the app.

Is WiimoteDemo.elf the elf file that the page is refering to? If so, what sort of loader is safe to use to open this file? Can you recommend any? Thank you for your help.

Yes. It needs to be renamed to boot.elf, though.

Either bannerbomb or the HBC can be used to load the file.

Bump

Attempting to run this from HBC resulted in my wiimotes being disconnected, and they would not reconnect when I pressed buttons. The readings never changed from zero.

Demo version 1.5 from HBB.
