Have FW4.1 and "NSMB" wants to update - what now?

Hi,

I habe FW4.1. Only HB installed is the HBC (maybe DVD support), so no "hard hacks".
Now I got NSMB and it wants to update the Wii (thought it had max FW4.1 on it, at least that info I found on the Web).
Anyway, what shall I do now?
Is it save to update with such "simple hacks" (maybe remove HBC before update) or can I run the game without updating AND without putting further Hacks on the Wii.
IF FW4.2 would be save, I'd probably go for it, as HBC can still be applied... ;)

Just update your Wii, nothing will go wrong.

Just update, its just a few IOS updates and boot2 update (the later depends on what version of boot2 you have though). If you have BootMii as boot2, it will be removed, otherwise, nothing will be lost.

And, once you update, you can replace BootMii/boot2.

thanks a lot. The update went without any problems. System is still V4.1, NSMB is running and the HBC is alive an kickin' ;)
Now let's hope Metroid Prime Trilogy needs no update... ;-p

MP Trilogy is quite old, it has at most 3.4 update. Don't worry, it wont prompt for an update.
