Homebrew support MPAL video system?

Is there any way to get the Homebrew Channel and subsequent homebrew applications to support the MPAL video mode, just like the Wii can natively do so?

It should already be supported automatically (if it detects MPAL setting in Wii configuration, libogc will use MPAL video mode by default), what issues do you have ?

It doesn't use MPAL, it must be using something else.

The screen is completely jumbled and unstably flashing. I can just barely read the screen enough to get to my NTSC-MPAL video switcher.
