HOORAY! I've got the Homebrew Channel (just a few more quick questions)

Okay, I just installed the Homebrew Channel and the DVDx from my SD card. Now, are those two channels wholly located on my console (i.e. can I delete the install files off my SD card)? I realize the DVDx channel is a hidden channel that simply allows you to play DVDs on a media player, but what media apps do you guys recommend? The WiiMC looks pretty good to me. I didn't download the BootMii, but I was wondering what exactly it does? Thanks!

1. Yes and no, you need the X:/apps folder on your SD card, but everything else you can delete. /apps holds all your Homebrew Channel apps.
2. I reccommend Mplayer CE WiiMC for a media player.
3. Bootmii, installed to Boot2 acts as a sort of safety net should your Wii break due to bad software. Bootmii installed to IOS, however, is only for running specialized apps, which there are few of.

WiiMC has replaced MPlayer CE as the media player of choice. However, it requires cIOS 202 to play DVDs.
