USB Problem

After doing stuff to my Wii WiiMC & WiiXplorer won't read my USB Flash Drive. It is a 4GB Transcend. It worked fine until I didd certain things to my Wii. (Can't say what or I'll get banned.) The HBC can read the apps I have and I'm pretty sure the HBB can read it too.
Help would be appreciated.

Honestly, I've no idea. DragonPlayer can play MP3's from it fine.
Is there a way to find out what format it is in on my wii? Because I can't get to my computer 'till tomorrow.
EDIT: It is formatted in FAT32.
EDIT: Turns out the right slot is for the LAN adapter and the left is for FD's and HD's. found out: Here
