can't upload Homebrew theme

Hello,

I created a Homebrew theme and for the life of me I cannot find the updoad link on this page. Has it been removed or am I just missing something? Does anyone know?

Make a wiki account, upload the theme here: [wiibrew.org] then add it to that page.
