Video mode switcher

Im looking for an application that forces the wii to display ntsc video mode even in the menu and such.
Much like that of Enigmas VMS for the original xbox.
want to use a pal wii with an old ntsc tv.
Much appreciated.
have searched far and wide.
and getting frustrated

There are no apps that currently work that can do that, but AnyRegion Changer can switch video modes if you have an older not-updated Wii.
