home brew browser help

I downloaded home brew browser , and it worked fine the first time i used it well besides it didnt load the .zip with the images but the browser still loaded then i tried loading it again. and the second time it went through just fine until it got to the part of retreiving the homebrew list, and it just says DEBUG fwrite error (1) not owner. and it says it can't retreive the homebrew list anybody have any ideas of how to fix ?? thank you.

Make sure you're using the latest version (update manually to the latest version).

i thought it was the latest version i downloaded it straight from codemii yesterday it was the only one it had available for download.

i was told by somebody else to format my sd card so when i do that do i just take all the files i have off and then format it then put them back on ? cuz i don't know if any of the files too are corrupt or if it is just the card itself. and i don't know what files are needed to use homebrew channel.
