Any Region Changer

Like the title says, is there a way to only change the region of the Wii Shop Channel, and how do i change it back?

You can't do it anymore as Nintendo changed the Shop Channel. You can do it if you delete your current shop account (thus deleting all your purchases) and then changing the region; but that's the only way.
