Theoretical ISO Loader?

Disclaimer: This is purely speculation(probably a dumb idea on my part) but im not endorsing the loading of .iso's,.wad's, or anything related to piracy.

Could it be possible to port a program such as Daemon Tools or PowerISO to run .iso's from a wii without a modchip?

no because those programs uses windows drivers that aren't portable to wii plus even if you could none of your isos would run on the wii.
