um i dont have neo gamma its called the zelda backup launcher so is that gonna makr a difference and i downgraded a while ago from 3.4 to 3.2 that bad or what?

3.4 to 3.2 isnt as bad. Other downgrades are worse. Anyway, his advice will still be fine for you.
