Yes they work perfectly well with the Homebrew Channel. But the Homebrew Channel cannot rip games. So it is irrelevant whether they work with HBC; what matters is if they work with whatever app you are going to use to rip the game. If you use CleanRip (the only ripping app supported by WiiBrew), it should work just fine.
