Banner or Low-Level

i cant tell which one it its i got, i get to the "press A" screen, i press "A" and then i get a black screen.

anyone want to give a take? i ordered a savemii, incase i can fix it.

It is banner brick. no games will help you recover currrently.

do you have preloader installed?

it wouldn't help, it would have popped up on boot

hey is the wiikey any good? can it skip the system menu to boot discs?
or what chips would you recomend? i dont want to do a whole lot of sodering.

why is everyone so scared of 4.0 ive got bootme to make a bootable ios and i have a trucha signed ios. is there any help that i can have please?

not really. try to get a modchip without region changeing by default and boot a STD disc in it
