how to reinstall IOS 30 (System Menu) 3.2 ???!!!!???

Ummmm yeah I dont know what I did well I guess I do. I uninstalled IOS 30 I'm guessing cause when I start my wii all I get is a black screen. If anyone knows how to reinstall the OS firmware I'm guessing really I dont know what could do. I did the twilight Hack and down grade to 3.2 ...... everything was good i guess but i wanted boot loader on the home screen ... so I got other things but I really F%$Ked myself in the process. Please anyone advise on what I can do besides cry haha
