Semi-bricked, installed JAP Wii music update on US wii

Have system menu 3.2 or 3.3 on a US wii, and installed the update from a Japanese Wii Music disc.
Now I got duplicate japanese news and weather channels, and a fucked settings menu.
Anybody know the best way to fix it?

Use anyregion changer to get you back to a menu corresponding with your region.

BTW, you may want to review the definition of a semi brick if you have the time.

Thanks a lot, am running the anyregion changer now. Having a little problem though, as Anyregion changer need to go online and i have turned off my wireless so can not change the system. Is there anyway to get around that? Maybe some homebrew that can enable the wifi?
