PLEASE HELP

I DOWNGRADED MY WII FROM 4.2U TO 3.2 THEN TRIED TO UPGRADE IT TO 4.0
IT RESTARTED MY WII AND SENT ME TO A BLANK SCREEN
NOW EVERY TIME I TURN ON MY WII I CANT DO ANYTHING
I HAVE TRIED PRESSING POWER AND HOLDING RESTART
IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO FIX THIS WITHOUT SENDING IT TO NINTENDO FOR 6 TO 8 WEEKS AND SPENDING $75

Eugh... tone down the ALL CAPS please. You probably followed what is known around here as a "fail guide" There is probably no way of unbricking your Wii without sending it to Nintendo. If you send it to Nintendo, don't try to downgrade again, because downgrading = FAIL.

You stubbed IOS60 by upgrading to 4.2, then updated to 3.2 which needs IOS60, so full brick. Hence, downgrade = fail.

The only way to unbrick is either BootMii as boot2 or an Infectus.
