Is some something that Homebrew may have caused?

Wii won't read disks, infact It doesn't even sound like they are spinning inside. I installed Homebrew and a few CIOS's, I could get the list if it matters, and everything worked fine. I played a burned copy of Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn and the game crashed a few hours in, and the wii stopped reading any disk put in, even legit disks. I could put SSBB in and it would load until the white intro screen, then I would get the white screen with green text saying "An Error has occurred, press eject and turn the power off", but today it doesn't even spin.
I did install bootmii and made a NAND backup, I would just like to know if perhaps a CIOS could cause this problem before I attempt to do that. It seems wierd to me that the disk drive worked fine until now, never even got a disk read error, and the day after I install HBC, it stops working.

Edit: I have Bootmii installed as an IOS, and I have priiloader installed. I read on this website (http://code.google.com/p/priiloader/_) something about a DVD spin bug, maybe I have an older version of priiloader?

Game "backups" are not supported here.

If all [official] games don't work then then your DVD drive must be faulty.
You should get it replaced. If it is not all games, then maybe your discs are dirty/scratched. Some older DVD drives have problems with dual layer discs (SSBB) so that could also be a problem.

Yeah it could very well be a faulty drive, but before I NAND restore/Buy a new drive, I wonder if it's possible that Homebrew can stop a DVD rom from working. The drive just doesn't spin, burned or legit disk. Seems weird that it would stop working on the same day. I know that CIOS discussion is against the rules but I have a feeling that it could be the reason.

If you installed a fail pack (Darkcrap/cIOScrap), that might cause problems reading discs. However, a faulty disc drive is more likely.

Since CIOS discussion is against the rules here, here is another post that shows all IOS's installed.

Generally, you can post log files containing CIOSes here. We just can't discuss how to obtain CIOSes, pirate games, ect. Just an FYI.

Did you patch any official IOSes or your system menu?

I would like to say no, but I may have accidentally patched IOS80, since my DOP-Mii report looks different than others that I have been.

IOS 80 is definitely patched according to that report. Try reinstalling a vanilla version.
