I cant accees my wii settings i also accidently erased hombrew channel i tried reinstalling with the same file i have from letter bomb but it freezzes help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like you have a semi-brick. I'm not sure if that causes problems with Letterbomb but since it seems like it does you can try a game exploit such as Smash Stack to load the HackMii Installer and install the Homebrew Channel again.
