Wii application

I was wondering what homebrew application I should use to send txt, exe, elf, and dol files from my pc to my wii.
(ex. wiiload, TCPLoad, Sendelf, ect)

I reccomend WiiLoad, but I'm sure that anyone of them will do.

1. So with wiiload I can send any type of file from my computer to my wii (which has the SD card in it) and how would I do that?
2. Tell me step-by-step on how I could send files from someone elses computer to my wii.
