Brand new at this, completely lost

Right! So, I've tried to load the Twilight Hack a bunch of times, but I keep getting the error,

"Failed to read boot.elf (-1)!
No code found to load, hanging."

Then the system freezes until I reset. Is there another file I need to add, besides the Twilight Hack file?

(Also, if someone could inform me if this WILL allow me to play imported Wii games, it would be much appreciated.)

Ah! I'm sorry, I must have missed that section.

Alright! Now that I've gotten that to seemingly work, it goes on to say that it is waiting for the network to initialise... then just repeats that it is unable to initialise the network.

It says at the top that I can press Home to exit, but that just sends me back to the screen that loads the hack, which sends me right back to where I am now.
