Black Screen with series of numbers then freeze?

I am installing for version 3.4 using Save Game slot 2.

Everything copies from my SD card fine and everthing but after I load the game file and when I walk forward to talk to that dude the screen goes black and coding scrolls down my screen really then freezes. Looks like this:

over and over again. Please help I searched all forum pretty good no one seems to
have a problem like this.
