Please help...problem with HBC

Hey I'm trying to run some apps in the HBC, but when ever I do, they freeze on start up.

Right now I only really care about my gecko OS though

heh the thing is I had them working back in wii 3.2 but on wii3.3 they don't work even though I updated my apps as well

I read it but I still have the problems

I've also tried deleting twilight hack, the HBC, my apps and reinstalling/downloading them all

Which apps are the ones giving you problems?

Gecko OS
Vbagx
wii54
wiidoom
homebrew broswer
and a bunch of others I got from the homebrew broswer


* i didn't get all of them from the browser
** I deleted most of my apps to make room,,,Right now I've been trying gecko os and vbagx

So they load, and the crash after they load?

Yes for example Gecko OS loads and soft locks. No text is visable on the screen ( start game, region changer, ocarinam ect[what ever it said I forgot])

It might be a faulty SD card...have you tried using another?

2 different 1 gig sandisk

do you have a friend with a HB wii you could try it on?
perhaps the SD slot is damaged...

No I don't actually :( I'm the only person I know with HB

My phtochannel works fine still, and I can copy delete stuff from my sd to the wii

So I'm guessing worse case scenario, I can't use Homebrew anymore

no, there should be a way...oh! make sure there are NO items plugged into the GC slots, either memory or controller slots...

and maybe try it with nothing in the USB ports (unless there's already nothing there...)

You should update to the latest version of the homebrew channel. It fixes that bug.

Ya that's what it was...weird too, because I remember that getting fixed o.O


I'll double check to see if I still have the latest version....


Any version should work on 3.3 right?
