CIOS

Everytime i try to install the cIOS i get an error -1

There's no real need to install any cIOSs.

Not really. Why do you think you need one?

Only reason I could think of is getting an old GC Action Replay to work, but I'm sure there are other reasons. I'd be hesitant to do any IOS installs since I'm not quite as good at understanding why a system would need more Input Output Systems than just one :-P (I'm sure that's a a statement of ignorance there, but ignorance can be taught!!).
