About a 3.3U to 4.0 upgrade

Hello, the noob is here again...

If I upgrade what will I be loosing from the homebrew viewpoint? (no more possible upgrades to the hbc, etc)
I've just installed the hbc and Bootmii, DL'd from the respective sites. I suppose these are the latest versions, right?

If you upgrade to 4.0, you won't lose too much, but just remember that "Wiibrew strongly recommends that you do NOT update through Nintendo"
