Heyo, friendly neighborhood newb over here. Just wanted to know if IOS53 and IOS55 had any negative effects if I install them on a Wii running 3.3U. Kind of a pointless question, considering I've installed BootMii (Boot2) and used WiiSCU to update the other IOSes. But y'know, it helps to be careful. Thanks for reading.

I was told it was a solution to a problem where the Wii restarts after attempting to load an installed channel. Considering what is said about the two on the WiiBrew wiki, it sort of makes sense.
EDIT: I think I figured it out, the IOSes only help with two different disc-based games, so installing them won't help me here. I guess for compatibility's sake...
