Vbagx own cheat system?

I've heard on many forums that Vbagx has it's own Gameshark/Action Replay cheat menu. However, I can't find it. I've already searched on google and the read me file it came with, but I found nothing. Does anyone know how to bring it up? I need it for Pokemon Emrald Thank you for your time.

I'd trust the readme of the specific application before I would trust any forum honestly...

It's not there, so I don't know what to tell ya. Walk around and level up first? :-P
